In 2015, Owners Michael and Alison (Ali) Scorsone decided to follow a dream and open a new pizza concept inside Plant St. Market in their hometown of Winter Garden, Florida.  Born was Michael's Ali Coal Fired Pizza.  A unique artisan Pizzeria, with a focus on Fresh Ingredients and Scratch-Made recipes.   The concept was welcomed and supported by the community, which led the duo to take the plunge on another idea.​  Mac & Cheese.

Using the same formula of Fresh Ingredients and Scratch-Made recipes, the Scorsone's spent months perfecting their Mac & Cheese dishes.  MAC'd OUT was the result of their efforts.  Using House-Made Casarecci Pasta cooked to order along with their Signature Five Cheese Sauce and Herbed Parmesan Crust, the Mac & Cheese is different from any other.

In 2018, the Scorsone's took another leep of faith and opened a second location along with Suncreek Brewery in Historic Downtown Clermont.  With the new venture, came another concept...THE GRILL.  Fresh Angus Burgers along with other items, fire grilled in the open kitchen over Lava Rocks.

General Manager Gregg Fiamatta and Culinary Team have embraced the Scorsone's vision and brought creativity, originality and genuine love to the restaurant.

Originally from Montana, Ali Scorsone was raised in the Dr. Phillips area.  Raising her kids in Winter Garden, she has been a successful Real Estate Agent for over fifteen years.  You can find her at Remax Prime Properties here in Winter Garden.

Michael Scorsone moved to the Orlando Area in 1991 from the Rochester area of New York.  He is the former owner of Winter Garden Pizza Company, and has been an active part of the Winter Garden Community for over twelve years.
